Working on the 2nd floor removing the old Joist and getting ready to start framing the barring wall to support the floor above.. Going up the tower!
The 1st floor and the basement are shaping up with an new look, todays engineer web joist and plywood are installed.. Masons are back onsite working on the elevator shaft wall..
The new web joist floor system is going well, later today will be installing plywood on the joist.. Tomorrow the brick team will be back onsite demo and laying of the brick off the scaffolded set outside of building..
The joist are being installed, the I beams are being set, the ducts for the basement are being connected.. things are looking good..
Tomorrow, the new Web joist system crew will be onsite, installing the LVLs and the new joist system… we will start the install from front to back of the Embassy..
The barring walls are being built to support the joist install.. the joist will be installed soon going up the tower..
The basement concrete slab has been successfully poured… tomorrow the Carprnter crew will be onsite to frame up the bearing walls to accommodate the new floor joist system..
Today we had the delivery of the LVLs and the new Web joist system for the 1st floor….Very excited we’re, tomorrow the concrete is schedule for the new basement slab..
With the ground work complete, the basement is being prep and the slab is schedule for concrete pour this coming Friday..
