The exterior is being prep for paint and the trades are onsite roughing in before drywall..
The exterior of the building we’ve started the prep work on the brick and sanding of the fire escape metal.. before the primer can be applied…
The 4th floor is complete joist and plywood installed.. Now we have stairs install coming up from the basement..
The steel frames and stairs have been delivered and tomorrow the install will start..
Today we’re back onsite moving forward with the 4th floor joist and LVLs install .. also the steel crew are here installing their structural plates for the stairs..
Today the web joist were set on the barring wall for the 4th floor.. The Electrican is working on the lower floors roughing -in making his way to the top.. ibjhruzuya
Working our way up to the roof top, it won’t be long now before all trades will be onsite at same the time..
We have stock the 3rd floor with the new joist system that was delivered and stored in the fence area.. tomorrow the block crew will be onsite for the elevator shaft wall taking it to an new level..
The 4th floor is completely demoed, the bay window on the 2nd floor is getting prep for install… the team will be onsite tomorrow laying block and building barring walls for the 4th floor new joist install..
We have closed up the 3rd floor open stairwell to adequately demo the last of the existing floor joist on the 4th floor.. demo is almost complete.. with new web joist system installed..
