This Friday was an very productive day, the team is hitting thier goal on the dumpsters Being Filled .. We can’t wait when we go to the next level..
The crew has shown up in full force ready to remove more drywall and plaster.. Gotta keep filling up the dumpsters hitting that goal.. It won’t be much longer the demo will be complete..
Today’s temperature is finaly much warmer with a little rain fall..soon we will have the proper web floor joist measurements for each floor.. Ready too order..
Larry has been doing an wonderful job onsite working through all of the demands, he stays committed and on course to complete the task..
After a great weekend we’re back onsite setting our goal to fill up 12 total 30yrd dumpster this week, this will propel us to the next level completing the demo process..

We are back onsite cleaning up after the Snow Storm moved out.. Still tackling the demo today and continuing to remove lots of debris out of the building. We are getting closer for the demo completion.
We had a snow day in DC today and the team plans on being back tomorrow.. They will be on the 3rd floor demoing ceiling and walls as previously planned..
Today the demo crew was able to expose some of the brick after removing the drywall and plaster on the perimeter walls.. This will allow us also to get the correct length required measurements to fabercate the new floor joist system..
