Today not much rain fortunately, but the trades are making it happen.. much accomplished!!

The block shaft wall for the elevator is complete out through the roof top ready for the pan deck to be installed..

Rain rain .. We are dried in ready to go.. Florence we are good and reDy..

The Trades are moving on and the stairs are almost at the top..Florence is heading to the city soon .. we are starting to hunker down…

The rain has been pouring outside, in a few days or so it’s suppose to be much worst but we will continue to move forward..

The steel stairs are almost at the top, scheduling all trades to complete their rough-in.. soon to start hanging the drywall..

Running through the roof is the block layers extension for the elevator hoist can be installed..

Today, more work on the roof top, hot heat wave in town 103 index.. the team keeps pushing right along..

Happy to say! Lots of work is being complete from the basement up to the roof top.. the progress is being executed nicely..

The Electricians are installing the fire alarm system and the duct work is being finalized up the tower.. the exterior prep and paint will commence soon..
