The crew is out in full force making it happen from the bottom to the top .. we’re excited bringing this wonderful project to completion..

The roof now has steel I beams in place… soon the elevator team will be onsite…

Today the block crew are taking the elevator shaft wall to the roof… the Other trades are still moving up the floors with their scope..

The Plumber, Electrican, HVAC, and Block crew are onsite taking care of business just like we do moving towards the finish line..

The trades are onsite getting things done.. striving forward readying ourselves for completion..

The stairs are still being installed.. also the 1st floor fire places are onsite and being framed in place..

Getting the I beams in place for proper location for the structural roof condition to start installation..

Most of the trades are onsite working to get all walls built and MEPs rough -in getting ready for the drywall..
