Working our way up to the roof top, it won’t be long now before all trades will be onsite at same the time..

We have stock the 3rd floor with the new joist system that was delivered and stored in the fence area.. tomorrow the block crew will be onsite for the elevator shaft wall taking it to an new level..

The 4th floor is completely demoed, the bay window on the 2nd floor is getting prep for install… the team will be onsite tomorrow laying block and building barring walls for the 4th floor new joist install..

We have closed up the 3rd floor open stairwell to adequately demo the last of the existing floor joist on the 4th floor.. demo is almost complete.. with new web joist system installed..

The new window mock-up is complete in the basement.. the 4th floor demo has started.. the plywood subfloor on the 3rd floor is now complete..

The 3rd floor joist are complete and the plywood is being installed.. soon will be on the 4th floor demoing the existing floor joist..

The team is moving forward with the joist installation on the 3rd floor.. the brick layers continue working off the scaffold..

The web joist team are back on site on the 3rd floor preparing for the new floor install…

The block crew is going to the top, they also started working on filling up brick niche on the 3rd floor..

The steel I beams and post are installed on the 3rd floor ready for the web joist team to start the new floor install..
