The basement concrete slab has been successfully poured… tomorrow the Carprnter crew will be onsite to frame up the bearing walls to accommodate the new floor joist system..

Today we had the delivery of the LVLs and the new Web joist system for the 1st floor….Very excited we’re, tomorrow the concrete is schedule for the new basement slab..

With the ground work complete, the basement is being prep and the slab is schedule for concrete pour this coming Friday..

The plumbing ground work has been completed and inspected.. the footers have been inspected and the concrete has been poured in the basement..

The plumbing ground work is being roughed in the basement and the footer, plumbing inspection is scheduled this coming Monday..

Today the footers were dug out an formed in placed and tomorrow we have the inspection Scheduled before pouring of the concrete…

The removal of the brick niches are now complete… tomorrow the plumber and the Electrican will be onsite starting the Basement ground work..

The team is still moving in the right direction on completing the concrete scope and demoing the existing brick niches..

Today we’re removing the brick niches top to the bottom preparing for the new floor system..
