The Team in the basement working on the elevator pit are making good head way.. soon they will start the underpinning..

Larry has been pushing to complete the ground work, meeting with the plumber and keeping the concrete team moving forward..

The new floor joist are being fabricated and delivery will be in 2 weeks for the install..

The concrete team is still onsite working on the new elevator pad, removing soil and rock to properly install the elevator pit and the footers..

Today we have two different crews onsite.. one crew working on the first floor removing brick.. the other crew is in the basement removing soil content and brick preparing for the new foundation..

Interior Brick is still being removed, the concrete team will start tomorrow removing basement soil to start the forming of footers for the elevator and walls.

We have the new web joist system arriving in 2 weeks.. concrete footers and new slab are being prep for completion..

Existing brick interior walls in the basement are being removed for the new work and scope per the new plans..

The team is preparing to start the Elevator block and additional concrete footers in the basement level..
