The Brick crew are still removing existing brick, the others are digging footers in the basement soon to be poured..

Scaffold work being done today removing the brick at the niches and preparing for the new brick install…

The concrete team is back in the basement and the Elevator pit is taking shape.. block laying soon will take place before the floor Joist are delivered..

Today on Memorial Day, the concrete crew took the day off while the carpenter crew was onsite and started removing the 1st floor stairs and existing floor joist..

Lots of hard work has gone into this great project already.. these picture show scaffolding complete, getting ready for the exterior brick work.. inside elevator pit steal rebar installed for shaft wall form work to commence..

Today the crock for the sump pump at the elevator pit was installed and inspection was approved and concrete poured..

The team is still in the basement getting their soil and concrete inspection moving forward..

The underpinning scope for the elevator pit has been inspected and concrete poured.. now moving forward to the pad and footers.

Concrete truck was onsite today after the inspection was completed on the elevator pad.. now prepping for the footers and structural pier connection..

Still moving forward with the work in the basement.. Monday we have inspection on the elevator pad scheduled and pouring of concrete..
